Ashley is a top-level skating coach. Ashley has been working with my son and his hockey friends for the last year and we can see their improvement in edgework, agility and speed. Ashley’s programs are always very well organized. Skaters are always moving and receive constant feedback throughout the session. My children are at different skating levels and Ashley is always able to adjust the drills to challenge each individual skater.

Ashley had a great rapport with our players.  With her help our team improved both our forward and backwards skating, increasing our speed and power.  The results were easy to see in our games and our end of season time trials were on average 2 seconds faster than the start of the year. She also does a great job of working with our players on focus and concentration during the off ice JOGA sessions.  I would highly recommend Ashley.

Ashley Holmes Power Skating has been by far one of the best decisions we made to improve the skating and overall speed of our group. Our players look forward to every ice session we have. Ashley is a dedicated professional instructor who has the ability to make each player reach their potential. The edge work and balance techniques Ashley teaches makes players stronger on their skates and provides them the confidence to be agile and strong on the puck.

Ashley is an amazing, motivating, talented and knowledgeable coach. She’s fabulous with our twin 9 year old girls, pushing them to try their hardest and always ready with a tip or trick that they can internalize and make their own. We’ve seen such an improvement in both of our girls’ edge work and speed, and they’re always super sweaty after their sessions, and still ask to back the following week, huge win!
